They did as they say when they will pick up and transport the container. They stored it for me in their storage warehouse in the city that I moved to for two months until I found where I am going to live.

It took a little over the two months of storage and they did not charge me for the extra time because I was unable to move in time to receive the container.

Nonetheless, we tried them, and I am pleased to report we had no problems whatsoever. They dropped off two shipping containers to us in Southern California on two different days, just as scheduled, picked them up, transported them to Washington State, and dropped them in our driveway.

Nothing was damaged, all the drivers were nice, and when we called customer service with a question, we had no trouble reaching someone.

I guess maybe it depends on the individual locations. Ours went through busy hubs in Orange County, CA and then Seattle though they had to deliver to us out in the country 1.

The customer service rep advised that they could pick up as late as 11PM and I had to stay up to answer the confirmation call ahead of pickup coming from two time zones away, this was very late for me.

No one ever came or contacted me about a delay. I was already booked to fly to my new address so I had to provide extra contact phone numbers for them to call ahead of pickup - this ended up being pointless because again they never came nor contacted me about a delay.

Today is now two days late, and being a Sunday my hopes are low that they will actually retrieve my container today.

August 19, I scheduled a unit for a cross country move in early May. I had a pod delivered to my home in late July. There was absolutely no problem with the original delivery or pickup of the unit.

I paid in full and that's when the problems began! The unit was picked up July 31st with a delivery date set in Phoenix.

I called a week ahead of the unit delivery to be sure everything was on schedule as planned. The customer service agent assured me everything was fine.

That date came and no pod, no call. I had to spend over an hour on hold and talking a customer service agent that assured me the unit would be delivered by that evening.

There was no callback and no delivery. I called customer service agents 3 times throughout the day only to be told no one was sure where my unit even was.

By 5pm, I spent another 2 hours on hold talking to the call center. Three associates told me I would be contacted by a manager.

No calls, no help. Once they get your money they don't care about the customer!! Jill — we are very sorry for the inconvenience you experienced.

A small per dime credit was offered and accepted. The drivers were extremely courteous. But, on Aug 17 when my second pod was supposed to be picked up, the driver informed me that a car was in the way.

I told him that it was a neighbors car and that I had already started my cross country drive, I was already in Pennsylvania. He said he would take care of it for me.

After 3 days of no communication from Pack Rat or seeing a charge to my credit card, I called to find out the status of my delivery. The company did not let me know when this was happening and did not give me a chance to call my neighbors.

Then when I questioned why it was a 5 day delay she told me in a previous recorded phone call that I agreed to a Sept 1st delivery. This would mean there was actually no delay which contradicts what she told me the first time.

I was very upset as I did not agree to a Sept 1st delivery, being that I would arrive at my destination on Aug 26th.

I asked to hear the recording and she refused. The rep also tried to cover her tracks by saying that I was supposed to call them to authorize my payment when the pickup was occurring so they could schedule my delivery.

I was never told this, my credit card was already on file and this business process makes no sense since I already signed a contract to be charged.

Now I will be without my belongings for over a week and the Pack Rat Rep did not even care enough to offer a discount or anything more than an insincere apology.

The rep even agreed that I was mislead but still I received nothing in return. I will never use this company again nor will I recommend them to anyone, unless I do not like them.

Everything was on time from delivery of pod to pack, to pick up to delivery and pick up on the other end. Would recommend for anyone who is moving.

Will use again if I need to move. This is the only way to move. My Pack-Rat was delivered when promised.

I would stay far away from this company… I would stay far away from this company for a long distance move the worst experience I have had over my moves they gave me a falling apart container then I had to wait more days to get a better one to be delivered then when they delivered my new container they shipped immediately to my new place with no authorization it was suppose to be stored for 2 weeks before I needed it shipped down and I had more items to be put into before the long distance move so they gave me a smaller container to use and had to wait another week for that and when it was delivered very rude workers and no phone call when they would be delivering time for container just dropped off this was a nighmare of a move stay far away from this company and they did not give me any kind of a refund after all the grief.

They are hard to reach when you need customer service and this company is a joke. If you want to be scammed and turn your move into a nightmare then this company is for you.

PillPack Pharmacy Simplified. Didn't expect much, But Well worth money spent far more enjoyable than other shows. When I've called to try to get anything earlier, no one has been pleasant or helpful in trying to get anything resolved. Did not know it was not the real rat pack.
